Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 64GB/4GB in 25K budget is more than useful for high end usage.

Mi6 and Max are beasts in 50K range.

Overall Value for money and its not the Qmobile quality. I have had seen motorolla and samsung users satisfied with Note 4.

Increase your budget a bit and get S8 or Oneplus 5T. both are flagship phones.

@AHMAD72 Bro you will have to do some homework by your own too.
First shortlist brands, then shortlist their models:

Compare them and filter them on the basis of price, battery capacity, chipset, camera, new / used, etc. or on the basis of your priorities / preferences.
When you finalize and shortlist 03-05 models, then ask fellow pak-wheelrs for final decision.
They will help you in the final selection of smart phone.

As my opinion iPhone is the best. It will be available for the your budget. tey got the most advanced mobile technologies. Even the iOS jailbreaking is cool too. If you feel too stiff about the iPhone you just have to do it. Jailbreaking apps are so cool.But the thing is it will void the warranty. But if you wanted to try it anyway use some online method such as www.cydiaguru.com.

Anyway, best technology, best features and functions, best quality and bet appearance. Apple is the best.
