SUNDAY WORK.
This thing was bugging the hell out of me every time I saw it, so I decided to go for it.

Since then, I had painted it black, but even then it wasn't good.
I used painter remover to strip the paint, sanded it off with a grinder, prepped the surface with wet sanding, before applying three coats of red oxide, each one left to dry for an hour.
Now its going to get a coat of matching color, but 1st I need to decide on the color, either keep forest green or change the whole thing to OD green.






The damn thing was made in 1973 & still going strong holding liquid.
