What you are looking for are the original plug wires .......... OOoooo those are hard to find and I'd keep a set in spare if I found any B-)
Best to do is; (a) keep on the look out at places like, jamshed rd, lawrence rd etc or (b) if someone is coming from US, they can get you. The cost of a new set is $79, so keeping in mind the delivery etc, if you are able to find anything here and its priced Rs. 5,000, I'd say its worth it.

Note to all: No supplier will deliver any M151 part to Pakistan
, irrespective what their website says, so rather than getting involved in lengthy reversal processes with them and your credit card issuer, its better to have them delivered there and arrange for a self delivery to Pk (personal baggage recommended)
As for the light shells, there's a shop in Garden by the name of Mehmood Motors, have you checked that place ? They have most of the stuff. I have also heard that some jeeps have been knocked down for their parts, need to find out where they have gone and who is selling.
