Certainly ... It will be my pleasure.
The things we need to do the needful are:
1 - Internet connection and computer. Dont use smart phone!
2 - A debit/Credit card that supports internet shopping.
3 - A proper mailing address where DHL/FedEx/etc. can make deliveries.
Step by step procedure:
1 - Search for your part on the net (assuming you already know EXACTLY what you want).
2 - Assuming that the part is sold by an online store; create an account with the store (create a user name-password etc.) You will be asked to fill in an online form including your mailing address and other info.
3 - Once your account is created, do your shopping in the usual way and after your shopping cart is full proceed to check out.
4 - The store will ask for your Debit card/Credit card details. Enter that and you are done. You may be asked about your preferred shipping method.
5 - Wait for the stipulated time, the package will arrive at your door. At this point you will be given an invoice for the Customs and handling charges which you have to pay. Customs charges are based on the landed cost (item price plus postage cost).
That is about it.
One thing one has to bear in mind is the cost of parts vs the cost of shipping and customs. It is worth your while to shop overseas or not. I leave that up to the shopper.
Hope that helps.
