Can Honda City IDSI 2005 model be properly modified ?? any suggestions for boosting up its performance, pick up, grip, etc. in comparison to xli/gli?

Swap it's stock wheels with 15" lightweight rims and some nice sporty tyres for better road grip and handling.

@xcess2 if u want 2 boost the hp i think u should go for cold air intake, if u want 2 go further get a full catback exhuast system;not just the muffler.

1.With the intake your car will be fed with rich, cold and dense air(oxygen) allowing better combustion in the engine hence adding to the car's performance.

2.getting the catback exhaust will allow the car's waste gases to pass out freely coupled with this u will also reduce the back pressure in the valves.

im having a 2003 city and it's engine can easily get stage 1 mods, but the newer philips iron citys are not that gud at modifying, install a cold air intake.

@totaloverdose! where in karachi can i get the right stuff for modification of H.City 2004-05? secondly, if da cool intake system etc. is installed will it adversely effect the car in any way? since the stock sedan is IDSI / PGMFI which is different from EFi as that of city 2001 model or toyota xli/gli?

@rkhnsh and @aantherax ur views are ok but can u pls suggest something further to add to the car's performance, looks etc.

Put 4 tips plugs and change plug wires and get the throttle body washed compeletly you will feel diffrence.

u dnt feel any difference by putting 4 tip plugs in a city idsi.i hav done that.the only small difference was due to the new plugs,not 4 tips.
well this city 03-08 is not good enough for moddification so u better keep it stock.when i bough it,i also wanted sum modifications but thankfully i got in my mind that it wud look better in stock the wid huge bumpers nd skirts... engine is also build purely for economy.so u better not tease it wud modifications

this model is for fuel economy my dear...why u doing such thign with it...buy some other model and then do these kind of stuff....
