It had a plat installed &which says FAB21-272278. Fateh (my elder bro) Confirmed the following details regarding this car:

F for Minor
A for 4 Doors
B for Light Grey
2 RHD Export
1 for synthetic paint
Model 1954

The car is still running on original engine and gear, however I noticed alterations done with Clutch (hydraulic installed), Fuel Pump, Wipers, Radiator and few other things as well. Split Screen is rare model and the car deserves quality restoration:

No comparison with the lowlight "Mosquito". The best thing about this 54 split is the interior. The dash panel is awesome.

@Basharat,
Besides other mods you mentioned above, the front grill seems to have been changed. If I am not mistaken, the position of the front indicators is also incorrect. They should be adjacent to the grill inside the trim unlike the later models. carburator and air cleaner unit is also adopted from later model. The early ones had a big cylindrical type. Of course the turn signal assembly is not stock.

Yes the down model Grill is critical and hard to find item, indicators & rear headlights are also from the up model. Price is on the slightly higher side, yesterday after your call I talked to Ramzan & there final quote was 200k.

Still very much restorable & this is how it should look like after resto (the famous wiki picture):
