Moisture in Depo Headlights Civic 97

I had purchased New Depo headlights for my civic 97 couple of months back. For last couple of week after rain or service some moisture get inside them and i had to wait for sunny day to get rid of it.

l had also covered their seals when i was installing them with silicon but dont know whats the reason can any body help.

there must be some cracks on if seals are ok

Moisture appear in lights only when there is some gap or leakage of water happen inside your liight.

Ok i will remove them and cover them again with silicon and test. thanks for your replies.
