Morning start

Dear brothers
I have a long crank problem in morning start specially. Since I bought the car I never used to press accelerator but now I need to do bcz it starts now at very low RPM and long crank so I need to press accelerator yo maintain the RPM around 900.

Kindly advise is it RPM setting issue or it is because of winter season?

probably winter and choke not working properly

i have a suzuki cultus 2014 model and only clocking 26000 miles.. but i have an issue when i start it in the morning the rpm has to force itself to go above 2 to become steady. and when i drive it in the morning time, crank shaft sound comes from the engine which is not loud but the (krrr krrrr ) sound comes from the engine and when car gets bit hot then the sound is gone. what can be the reason for it please suggest.
