I have noticed a green colored morris coupe parked from a long time on the road going to safan wala chock from Fj medical college back side.

Cetreon 2CV hmmmmm, I have been looking for one ever since I sold mine (Diane 6), there is an abondoned 2CV in Peshawer, molested in all possible ways. Then there used to be a few with Asim Durrani the owner of Car Care up at Jamrud Road in Peshawer. I bought one of his worst kept 2CVs many moons ago, others werent there for grabs at that time, you may want to try your luck now
Then there is one often parked outside the Government Girls High School, GT Road Nosherah, this is from the early 70's Diane4, with original engine/ tranmission.

it will be hard for you to find a 2dr minor...as they are pretty rare..
luckly i have one for my self

its a 1952 morris minor 2dr split screen high light. havent seen much (or any) of them around..

This is a very very nice car. You must be a proud owner. The car needs some restoration work, derusting & all. I am impressed, though. There was one in Wah Cantt a few years ago but it did not have any documentation & therefore i did not buy it. It was green coloured. You are right. These cars are rare. there are a lot of 4 door versions. Rawalpindi had hundred of them as taxis uptil a few years ago.

@moak89, yes it the rare split screen version but the car needs lots of attention, whats your plan for restoring this car as it seems to be rusting away?

@morriscoupe. yes we are truly proud to own it...and it will get some attention in coming time...im just busy with other projects right now. plans are.. not to restore it to original...but make a clean classic built car...it will be something new...will be mostly clean and stock from the exterior...lets wait and see..wont be convertable of anything though.

Munzil kuch nahi hoti, sirf safar hee sub kuch hota hai! But on a serious note, i had also forgotten about this post till Mr. Zaki revived it!
