I own a City 2013 and ever since I have bought it got all its oil filters and oil changed by Honda Centre in Rawalpindi or Honda SITE in Karachi. Never been anywhere else. Prices seem reasonable and change done in front of me. I don't know why people want to try unknown alternatives. Just go to Toyota dealership and get it done.
Yeah... I had a Honda Civic as well, and always just went to Honda. But not sure about price and grade of Toyota as its a first toyota ever for me!
Relax, you have bought a car costing 1.6 million. Give it some good treatment. A few Rs up or down won't make too much difference. Pamper your car for a few years then you can start looking for alternate options.
But this doesnt answer a simple question... I will most probably own it for 6 months before I move back to civic!
As a good owner and to ensure that the next owner is handed over a well maintained car I would suggest that oil and filter change be done by authorized Toyota dealer. You also have the option of using any filter or oil but that would be unfair to the car and next owner.
Yes.... and easier to sell as buyer can see that it has been maintained properly!
