Most Suitable Engine Oil for Toyota GLI 2015

I recently bought a Toyota Corolla GLI 2015, Manual with 152k mileage. Please guide what's the most suitable oil compnaya me oil grade for this car.
Previous owner used Havoline 10W30 & Shell 10W40. What should I go with?
