Motor bike learner driving permit rules , restrictions and limits

i got my learner's permit a month ago and i was relaxed as nobody from traffic police will irritate me any more for atleast six months . but today a traffic police stoped me and asked me for license ,i showed him my permit but he said it is the learner's permit you cant ride on city roads you can just ride and learn in a ground with this peace of paper.
any body knows any legal application , restrictions,or rules for learning permit.

no he is absolutely wrong. You can ride motorcycle everywhere but In case of a car, there must be one license holder sitting with you and your car must possess red colour 'L' sticker on it.

Yes...Police Warden is correct and in addition a valid Licence holder should sit behind you...you are not allowed to drive alone.....

there is a sentence written on the Lerner permit.it says" IS HEREBY PERMITTED TO DRIVE AS A LEARNER SUBJECT TO PROVISION OF MOTOR"
.is there any specific bike learner's law .cars law is different.
i heard from a guy that on bikes permit you can ride on any road falling in the district you applied for permit. like in my case in abbottabad i can roam around in abbottabad on this permit but when i go out my district traffic police can give me a fine ticket.

I don't know the exact rule for bike, for car it is must to drive in the presence of a licensed driver (whose license is atleast 3 years old). And also no passengers can sit with learner. Learner license is also not valid on Motorways and National Highways
My advise is if you are good at riding, then apply for regular license as soon as possible, (after 42 days of keeping learner permit you can apply, in not sure though)

i can't apply before 6 weeks( 42 days)minimum after getting this learner's permit . i am definitely going to apply for it.
btw why are they giving permit if its of no use.

today i was stopped by a stupid dumb ass traffic police , i showed my learner's permit and told him that i have applied for license and will appear for test soon but he again started the bullshit ke 6 mahiny tak khaiton or groundon ma chalana shekho phir road py ana.
i was furious as for this learners permit i had wasted a full day in lines to first get the application form then went to bank and stood there in a long line to pay fee and then to hospital for a medical certificate then back to license office stood there to submit form then again in line for the photograph and then again in a line to get this permit all in vain.???? ??

then the traffic police started writing on his callan book for 600 rs and i had to do what i hate the most. the fone call thing.
i dialed my brothers number he is a csp ( CSS) officer and Dpo of the region is his friend i told him the situation and then the thulla was like sir sir sir ,yes sir,. i hate this thing the most as i am independent person and dont want to get help from anyother person even my brother in such small matters.
i came back home and started diging the law books online and motor vehicle rules to find the truth and legal value of this permit and i found it .

lol.lol .you dumb nation. do you know the law. ? have you ever bothered to read the law by yourself? you have just heard from some random people.have seen the above pictures. i am talking precisely and accurately about the law. above two pictures are of the motor vehicle ordinance 1969 .

i am not bragging about anything. i have paid 620 two times when i didn't have the learning permit. i asked for help from you guys but i had to dig law by myself so i wanted to help anyone who may need it. @dilshadfatima i am saying that traffic guys dont know the law. now i have written L in fron and back and wear helmet . i am following the law. and i can roam around anywhere as the law says section 3 doesn't aply to a person having learner's permit. and presence of a licensed person besides learner is not required for two wheeled vehicle.

I dont deny what warden saying on rule but what is it law, i am 50 years old and riding motor bike and car for 30 years and got licence from authorities number of time. which used to expire by changing policies and time period, i have to once again go through same procedure. learner, after 42 days appear in test and get permanent licence. its so strange that i am not allowed to ride or drive car until I get perm licence.
