if your bike price is 42000 then 420 fee , if 67000 then 670 i mean 1% of price, 200-500 for num plats, 40-50 rs other expanse like (file, 3 chalan form, etc), i reg mine for 420+200+40=660rs, as you are from ajk so you need a prove which show you are living in islamabad, proses is very easy, few ppl sitting out of excise get a file n 3 chalan forms from there, show the invoice of your bike they fill chalan forms n then go in bank n submit fee, then come back n show chalan form n invoice of your car in excise office, then go in f-9 park n show documents n chassis num of you bike there, n get signature of 2-3 ppl from there, then come back n submit the file in excise n get number plats from the same window, n come back book of bike come in your home in few days. only submit fee in bank take time, all other proses take time of one or two hours max.
