Is it true that the oil used whether cheap or expensive (bad or Best quality) in the starting will be used forever? if it is then why?

no,

oil grade shall be changed after 40,000 kms. 5w-30 be change to 10w-40 it is always mentioned in the owner's manual of the vehicle.

though in Pakistan we tend to stick with one grade as in 5w-30 or 10w-40,

some fleet operator recommend (Potato be blended in after 20,000 km on odo ) 20W-50 for engines to keep cost of maintenance low. [ thats' the nuthead idea and not to be read or implemented ]

For my swift
I started with Suzuki Genuine Oil 10W-40 from 0 KM ODO.
Then moved to 5W-40 at 10,000 Kms ODO and using that till now (35000 kms odo)

the only change you did is TEMP rating from hot you dropped to cold, - digit before W is the temp at which oil can penetrate at every point

in your selection viscosity is unchanged
