Motorcycle custom seat

I have an idea for a custom motor bike seat. Regular bike seats are highly uncomfortable. I have a plan to get a new seat manufactured from zero.
Seat should be divided in two part. Front fixed part and just behind it a moving part. At the time of need moving part could be raised as a back rest and rear area could become a luggage carrier portion.
My plan is to get a frame manufactured from a welder and then get its poshish done with good quality sofa foam.
Any leads where in lahore , i can get it done.

I think you have to talk to 2-3 welders by yourself then choose one and work with him on prototype of this idea
