Motorhomes, caravan and pickup campers and camp sites

Why dont we have motorhomes in Pakistan? Like Caravan or pickup campers etc??
Why dont we have camp sites at our tourist places?

1. Because they are two expensive
2. Roads conditions in Pak are not good enough
3. We dont have that culture
