Good progress. Hopefully it will not be delayed further. Once completed, the only highway travel from Karachi to ISB/ Lahore would be from Hyd to Sukkur, rest of it will all be on motorways

Now, thats a little disappointment, I was hoping for M4 to be complete and operational by this summer (I am planning to travel in July) at least so we travel on Motorway from Multan onwards. I am still hoping!!

As per Wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M4_motorway_(Pakistan) the completion month of Gojra-Shorkot section of M4 is August 2018 i.e. four months from now. Lets hope it gets done by then.

Strange, Wikipedia is now quoting the completion month of Gojra-Shorkot section to be May 2018. I hope its a correct date now. Anyone living nearby please provide an update on the this section of M4 please.

LATEST UPDATE---M4 from Gojra till Toba to be open for public from 25th May 2018 and similarly M3 from Lahore till Rajan will be open for public on same day!!!
