Moving to bharia town Rawalpindi

Hi everyone I would to like to get some advice from people who are moved from England to Pak Rawalpindi bharia town. I am thinking to move there with 2 kids age 7 and 1. My eldest is in school he speak English but can't speak Urdu so I am looking for school where teacher and kids both speak English so he won't feel really outsider or different. Which school will be best for him? I wanting to live in bharia town what to u guys think average monthly cost will be? Like rent of house, kids school fees and other things?

Sister I think ACE School / Academy will comfortably fill the needs, but will be highly expensive option, regarding fees and other expenses.
You will require a min. 10 Marlas / 250 sq yard house, and it will sufficiently fulfill the requirements. Rents are different in different phases. Phases 1-6 are expensive than phases 7-9. Further in phase 1-6, phase 1, 2 and 5 are more expensive. Rents for single portion starts from 30,000 Rs. but lot depends on bargaining / negotiation and owner. Other than rent, all other expenses will be almost same as in other parts of Rawalpindi / Islamabad.

Hi thank u for u reply really appreciated. Do u think ACE is good in education aswell? Because I heard it's just highly expensive but education standards are not that high any opinion on that? Kindly also do u know what the fees for ACE monthly? I think ACE is in bharia town phase 11. Are there any house available with walking distance to ACE, because I want to live walking distance to school! And what will be the house price for monthly in phase 11 for 10 Marla house? Sorry for too much question, but if anyone can advice me I would really appreciate that.

Thank you sister. Yes, its true and you have heard it right. Regarding education in ACE, I am not sure / confirm, but its a feedback that children and teachers speak in English only. No, it is not in Bahria Town phase 11 (I do not think that Bahria Town has any phase 11). It is in Phase II (or 2) Bahria Town, Islamabad. Phone Nos: 0092-51-573-09-10/1/2/4
Yes, there are a no. of houses with walking distance to ACE. In phase 2, the minimum starting rent will be at least 30,000 PKR, but a lot depends on location, condition of house, facilities, etc.
Bahria Town is load shedding free, there is no shortage of water for residents of Bahria Town, when compared to other parts of twin cities. In phase 2 & 5, there is no sui gas shortage in winters. Security conditions are also excellent.

Aww that's really kind of u. My bad I just checked the ACE address it's says phase ll I thought that's says 11​,but thank u for correcting me. I would also like to know any other school in bharia town good 1. I will be living in bharia town so want school in Bharia town not outside the bharia town.
If u don't mind can I ask u do u moved from England aswell ? I just wanted to know if any families there with more experience moving from England is it worth living there?

Dr. A.Q. Khan school system is excellent one. I have heard that it's highly reputable and fees is also reasonable. In the link I have provided, following details are available:

Yes, you can ask, but I have not moved from England. In fact I have never been to England. I wish, I could. I am in Pakistan since beginning.

Yes, I know some families which have moved from UK and its worth living here at Bahria Town. They are all happy residents. You also won't face any problems IN SHA ALLAH

If it's not to late then I'll pitch in my recommendations for schools would be roots ivy international or benchmark school system both have excellent teachers and a track record of producing results and it's prolly the best place your kids will adjust after these two I recommend city school. Ace international is a very good school with alot of foreign children studying there but the fees are really expensive . I hope your your kids find with the best possible environment for them to learn and grow.

Hi guys thank u for ur reply I really appreciate that. Regarding school my son only 7 and he speaks just English as I mentioned before he can understand little bit of Urdu but he can't speak we are working on that. Due to his language barrier I am looking for school where teacher n children both speak fluently English so he can understand them and they can understand him. I don't want him to put him to that school where he will get too much pressure for education but he can't understand and enjoy his school life for me personally I think more than education environment plays important role in their development.
We will be living in bharia town Rawalpindi so I am looking for school in bharia town walking distance school.

No it's absolutely fine I appreciate that. I am myself teacher so I am realated to that thank u.
ACE is my first preference but still I am looking for more advice on schools? But just in bharia town I don't want to travel everyday for schooling that's why I don't want school outside the bharia town.
That's why I wrote here so any families maybe from England to moved to Pak so they can help me more and tell me more about school and education there...
