Much awaited obd2 port installation in b11

I've found the wiring diagram of this three row ecu.

Pin 31 is ignition
Pin 63 is kline
And 111 is chk engine
Di is 112

I couldn't figure out what tx and rx means and where they should be connected.

Going to ameer and get it connected is very easy solution but i want to work this out myself because it's my own car.

Obd2 connections

Pin 1=chk engine
Pin 8= ignition
Pin 7 = kline
Pin 16=+12v
Pin 4&5=ground

Pin 11=tx
Pin 12= rx
Pin 13=di

If i connect this to elm327 scanner and use nliteII and just connect K line and chk connections with ground and battery will this work?
