Seen too much advertisement of this House Scheme. Discussion with Pakwheeler Property Gurus is necessary.
At beginning I was thinking that this Scheme is launched by National Police Foundation (NPF) who have already O-9 and other schemes. But later on seen this clarification from them:
Now it is clear that NPF has no link with them. They have not mentioned any specific location of their society, only Rawat is mentioned in their add. At this stage, they are only registering members. Me also visited JS Bank on first day but to my surprise, no form was available and they were grabbed by some people.
After searching on internet, I found that Manahil Estate is one who has given some details about it. Forms are available from Rs 3,000 to Rs 5,000.
They have also mentioned a NOC No. 1105/RC/ICT/B - Is it from CDA ??
