I want to construct mumty (Roof top room) can anyone tell how much it can cost to construct a complete grey structure

Please also tell me is there any spefic guidelines for mumty from CDA as to what should be the covered area

I want to construct a 10X12 room so that I can use it for storage

You need to get your map approved from CDA before starting work. They also visit after construction for inspection of structure and impose fines for violation.
Many people don't follow the procedure and suffer at the time of sale. It's better to consult with an architect who is familiar with CDA bylaws.

Actually all houses in my street have mumty its only my house that is without mumty
