Would it be advisable to visit Murree from Islamabad on Small cars like Mehran / Cuore / Alto / Santro these days, specially if 2 feet snow fall has been recorded yesterday and there are possible chances of snow tomorrow as well. Advice urgently required please

Just in on geo tv. Many cars stuck in snow. And snow is falling with intervals.
Btw i will not advise especially in mehran! Long back i got stucked for two days and car was FX.

you can go there on any car...the problem starts when it is snowing and road gets covered with it. I saw many cars sliding even they have applied brakes. Car is not easy to control on snow!
use 4x4s they work great in such weather conditions. its not wise to take a mehran
yes rite now the muree expreway is closed due to snow.
if u have 4x4 its best warna u can still make it when roads r cleared of snow
cars heavy in weight are better off in snowlight cars skid more and slide more on black iceand in murree snow traffic jams people get stuck for hoursss
do keep in mind all these things
4*4 is safe orwise no need to take risk in this mosam.
Right now I am in Murree, yes you can use small car no issue till Murree main roads, use express way and lower topa Murree route. You may feel problems in small streets they are filled with snow and driving is a chalange. But all main roads are cleared now as of Saturday morning.

Bro better stay bk home, but still if u wana face the music then 1st fill ur cars radiator wid anti-freeze n do check ur handbrake coz while driving in snow u hav to depend a lot on handbrake instead of break paddle!
me and few friends went to muree last year during this season...roads were snow covered and it was snowing too..Almost all front wheel cars were stuck and on braking they started to slide and stopped only after hitting something.Only cars moving were few 4*4s and my beetle since its a rear engined rear wheel drive car. At some point I felt the car slid of turn so I had my 2 passengers to sit on rear seat...then onwards it was only our car moving uphill..
