Music SD Card not working in NSCP-W62 Passo

Navigation sd card is working fine and all functions are fine in NSCP-W62 but when i enter sd card with mp3 or wma songs it shows error " SD CARD CANNOT BE USED" pics attached. i have formatted card in FAT 16 as well as FAT 32 format but same result. Tried using 3 cards but same result for all. SD cards are working fine on laptop and on mobile. Plz help .

Found solution for this problem.
Software cad / nav card does not support TV & SD card option that is why it was showing error that "sd card cannot be used".
I cahnged the software card and music sd card is now working fine.

I bought new card from karachi and replaced existing one
