can you plz tell me the homage model which has adjustable ampere switch..one thing more i have seen that homage after sale and service is sooo pooor they even not except the fault in their own UPS and says that fault in your wiring..how it possible that first 8 months no fault in wiring then suddenly fault aries..my friend experience alot of difficulty in repairng the homeage UPS that is in warrenty..the staff there at homage service center is quiet dumb and .........

Dear, AGS brands is the best brand available in the market, there are many factors of deadening of batteries........
After AGS the good brand is phoenix.........
Which ups u r using??? for what load??? what is battery capacity???

About UPS its Desi ups not Already manufactured(china)..and about batteries which giving me 1 hour backup after 1 year with 1 fan and laptop these are Ags 120 i think, load is 2 fans, 2-3 energy savers and 1 laptop.

Ok. dear, do you have digital volt meter??? can u do some DIY job????
You need a good digital votlmeter to test battery cut of volts, and Hydrometer to check the specific gravity of batteries......

Hey Ishtiaq bro,

I heard that IC-104 is made by to manufacturers Imran brothers and Asif brothers. Some ups guys told me that Asif brothers make best kits even better than Imran brothers.
I have also found Asif brother's kit being discussed at EDA board forum here... Fixed volts ups kits by asif brothers lahore?

What is your point of view?

IC ( Imran and Co) 104 is manufactured by imran and co.........All are same dear only minute difference ..........but i found imran and co product best of all

Only distilled water is recommended.......now u can easily purchase distilled water fro AGS dealer, name Battery tonic......really good and trusted.......
Prefer that.......no boiled water or ac water

How old is the battery????
battery becomes warm because of many reasons ..........the main reasons are as follow
1- over charging by ups
2-One or more cells are short.
3- battery is old

what is your case of battery.......get digital voltmeter, check the volts When charging...........
Open the caps of battery and see , is electrolyte producing bubbles in every cell?

Firstly note the cut of volts of your ups..........by placing porbs( needle) of voltmeter ............it should be about 28 to 28.4 Volts

brothers i need help,

actually maynay abhi abhi homage ka axiom hax 2002 series wala inverter liya hai, maslaa yeh hai k wapda k line jab ho to pheir to teek kaam kertaa hai, means k charding ets sub teek hota hai, jab light chalee jatee hai pheir UPS b teek kaaam kerta hai. Lekhin ager hum genertor start ker lay to UPS charginf start hota hai aur maximum aisa howaa hai k lights, LCDs, Mobiles wagheraa jalaaa deee. I don't know whats the exact problem now. Electrision said that UPS should b fully off while u r running genertor. Hamnay genertor k saaath relay lagaya howa hai just to turn OFF automatically when MAIN is active..... plz help me. thansk

@haseeb414 u can ask your electrician to bypass ups from generator, like when you start generator it will not charge ups but all the load connected to ups will be transferred to generator and when generators is switced off it will get back to normal or if you dont start generator it ups will work normal this can be done with the help of a RELAY
