NONE - Not even the so called 5 star hotels observe the Hygiene & Kitchen sanitation standards, the storage, processing, cold cabinet, pre-cooking, post-cooking areas are 9 point below the food safety standards as per KMC food & health inspectorate.

try not to laugh but goto aga khan hospital cafeteria and try the fried fish. dial 34930051 ask for Cafeteria and check the menu of day.
