Roll bar should be a single piece and ideally be mandrel bent. No weak links.
It is a mandrel bent edge, but definitely not a single complete piece...had to get the sides worked out for the shape......
Roll Bar suppose to tie in with the chassis not at the top of the door like the pictures are showing.

Sir, i have planned it not for real purpose of roll over. i just planned it for holding purpose. rear seat passengers will have somthing they can hold for stability.
Not an actual rollover bar with 4 or 6 point holding to the floor of the car(as required in stunt cars).......
Regards,
Good going Sir, waiting for final results, BOL
The Roll cage is too high for my liking......When you get the soft top over, it will form a hunch
The roll cage should have been lower than the wind screen frame..
Get that roll bar sorted out.
sent from whymobile.
Final Paint job has started...... on left side and Engine compartment......
keep it up. cheers
Brother with all the due respect its only a mazda not exactly a roller coaster where people need some support to hang on to. I wish you best of luck with your project but please do sort out this rollover bar as suggested earlier as well it's not going to look good aesthetically once you have the soft top sorted.
this project is getting interesting day by day
Received my new seats today......
Waiting for final look
Preparation of right side of the car ans also the First coat of Paint for the engine compartment.........
painting in open air not painting complete car at once not a good idea
I had to put in the engine, and after word wiring has to be completed. That is the reason I had to get engine compartment painted first. Will get whole vehicle painted once complete denting work is done.
Tell me you're painting it in a booth.
Too much poutine is being used, i am afraid end result would not be as good as it should be.
Bro you're doing good like " Suno sabki Kro dil ki " Best of lucK
