Even I have a similar issue. But my front right tyre is slightly inwards. I guess it has to do with a control arm or suspension. Or, it may be due to excessive tyre wear. The previous owner (sala ch****) had different tyres on the front and different tyres on the rear (same treads although, same spec, but different manufacturers, haven't even heard about them lol). So I'm going after this lockdown to get my tyres replaced. Thinking of getting Euro Star (because of my budget), but if I have to pay 2-3k extra for a set of used but decent yokohoma or dunlop tyres, I'll happily pay for them, rather than having to carry the risk of my tyres blowing out while driving.
As for the dense white smoke. It's a clear indication of a head gasket leak, which causes your engine to consume coolant. This can also be caused by a crack in the combustion chamber, that will cause coolant to creep in and be consumed. Find a trust worthy mechanic for this repair.
These roadside mechanics will further ruin your engine. If you're in Karachi, DM me, I have a couple of mechanics who will carry out this job and wont waste your time. It's better to cry once and spend more, rather than crying everyday and keep spending with mechanics who will ruin your engine.
Hope this helps.
