When the dotcom era was on its peak back in 1999 it was the time when I registered the domain Pakwheels.com along with a few other domains, because that was the time when Hotmail got sold to Microsoft and everyone went on a domain buying spree right after that. It was all relevant to me since I was in Dubai building ArabianBiz.com
When I left Dubai and moved to Karachi in the year 2000, all my domains expired that included Pakwheels too. The thought of making an automotive portal was always on my mind because for two reasons,
1. I am an automotive enthusiast like all of you,
2. I was really bored. 
So I re-registered Pakwheels.com on 18th July 2002 and called Jag in Dubai that I want the Automotive Portal. Finally after convincing him to take some time out of his busy schedule we got the site up and running in the Summer of 2003.
It was just an informative website with classifieds initially, we added the forums later on.
After sometime Jag also returned to Karachi from Dubai and we decided to use my house's basement as the office of Pakwheels.com.
Jag Did the programming and I looked after the members and other stuff.
