the VW beetle battery is under the rear right seat.

1. why did u get the fenders expanded?
2. does the car heatup bcoz ur running a 6speed on a 4 speed??
3. which gearbox did u used????
4. whats the fuel average per km of ur new beast motor..???

extended the fenders to make room fr wider tyres and a more agressive drop which i'll do soon.....and no it dosn't cause any heating prblms, did before but nw dosn't...don't knw abt the exact consumption but it is a realy thirsty engine

Bilal excellent work, i know how much work and headache goes into a restoration like this. I think I have seen this car on facebook one of my friends was tagged in it. Nasrullah Khan he has a charade with a 4eft in it , i think you might know him from IMS university..

One thing I would like to point out in my limited experience is that drum breaks on a 20v engine is a very very very dangerous idea. If you are ussing the old breaks, if you speed up and break real hard make sure the car does not swing to one side.

Make the replacement of ur breaks ur top priority bro MashAllah excellent project.

thanks buddy, that was my first one,.. it looked great but i never go tround to swapping out the 1.2L engine for th eintended 1.6 (like in my current VWs).
