i want to share my really bad experience with Ufone... ..i went to market to buy blackberry but it was without warranty so i thought to get in warranty i went to mobilink first but blackberry was out of stock ....pher i went to ufone and i bought a new Blackberry 8900 in Aug 2009..for 40000/=. when i was buying that phone the sales person was so happy and saying sir you will get 12 months warranty this and that.....it started creating problems for me after 2 weeks the back cover moves when i touch it...and mute button was working properly but creating sounds when ever i press it...when i called the help line they said..you have to show it to Service centre from where you bought it ...i was in Islamabad for 3 weeks...as i was in islamabad the trackball sometimes stop responding..i always try to use with clean fingers..but still...when i came back to khi..i took my phone to Ufone..they said k bhai..we will forward your complain..and you will receive a call from a company which works as 3rd party with ufone...and deals in Blackberry issue...after a day i received a call from that office..and i went their to show my phone...when i told all issues to a person who himself said that he is dealing in BBerry issues..the first he said..
" bhai yeh ap itni chezay bolray ho ..itna koon dekhta hay yar.sab use kertay hay "
and i was like ..bhai nokia ka 2500 ka phone bhe lo..tou we get a proper service warranty and what the heck are you saying..i said k bhai..muje nae pata i spend 40000 and i need it okay..he took my phone for 5 minutes and came back spraying the tracknball with that my trackball was working and he said k baki issue baad may apnay boss say poch k bataduga tou ap lay ana...i said okay...after a day..my track ball was like hell...it was not even pressing properly and that was the time ...ufff...i went to ufone again..and again went to that stupid person..or bohat he ziada sunae...and what he says k bhai Ufone tou warranty henae dayta in chezo ki...ab in ufone the person is saying k ap or wo 3rd company handle keregay ufone kuch nae kerega ...and that company is saying ham thek henae kersektay ..its been 10 days mera phone unkay pas hay ..and i am getting it tomm.i tried a lot to repair my phone but its almost dead now..
.so guys i know it maybe boring for most of you..but trust me ...sometime these sasti call companies can ditch you...
but but but...my brother bought the same 8900 BBerry from Mobilink in June and it is working Perfect..
i did not get any benefit buying phone from Ufone..i thought i would get a proper support in warranty..but they are ......
