I made my first computerized licence few years back; at that time 18 years age was must for learner licence. Learner 90 days tek hoa kerta tha phir ap ka driving test hota he; +you have to submit a medical certificate on specified form (jo kisi bi oath commissioner se ya kachery se mil jata he) from any MBBS doctor then fee submit ker k photo session hota he and finally you get your driving licence. Latest requirements ka pata nai.
Thats great bro that you'll install side mirrors. It keeps you safe. Side mirror k bawajood jeb ap GT road per drive ker rahe hon with helmet tou aik "Blind Spot" hota he driver ke right side pe jahan se ager koi bike ap ke kafi close ho to nazar nai ata (helmet hone ki waja se awaz bi nai ati doosri bike ki). Is ka khas kheyal rakhna chahiye if you try to change lane etc on GT road first see in mirror and a little towards your right to check for blind spot and then its safe.
+ Always use indicators (specially on GT road) while changing lane. I have seen some bad road accidents in front of me due to minor mistakes that may cause serious injuries. So little care may save us from tension.
Licence k bohet se benefits hote hein (in case of accident too, you are legally protected by laws). So its better to have one.
