this model is the first toyota corolla i ever took ride in. it was quite back then compared to noisy mazda1300. i was 9 years old then:).

its not on 4 tyres yet. slow and steady wins the race i guess although i am not into racing

front suspension is in now. rear is out. it was oitch dark due to load shedding so very bad pics

Saqib bhai,its my first(and very late) post in this thread.I dont know how I missed it??
Any how,its a cool car and a great project.74 is a solid and famous model of corolla and this particular car holds emotional values too.I used to own one in 79/80 reconditioned from japan in white and loved it.
I have gone through 3 pages of this thread yet and will read the remaining tomorrow INSHALLAH..

i dnt know how i missed that topics although i have gone through all of the pages ..amazing work..i have seen many projects being completed on PW bt to me it was of top quality nd u more like an Auto Mobile Engineer:) ...thumbs up nd best of luck for rest of the work ..do upload the pics regularly

Some updates on the projet

Bought Silverstone tyres (looks closest to stock)
Car is on 4 wheels now.
Engine and transmission is in the car.
Rear suspension and differential is done
Painted some bits and pieces before putting them in (ignition coil, cut out and some bolts)

Work needed to be done myself tomorrow (Hopeflly :))

Cleaning of weather strips
Buffing of door handles, lock latches and hooks
Cleaning and painting of roll down windows mechanism
Ghuncha has to arrange buffing tool
