AoA. I wanted to ask you if you are satisfied with your Altis. I am planning to buy brand new Altis by June or July, on my permanent return to Pakistan. I am targetting to buy Altis or Civic. Which one do you think is better and why?

If you live in Urban Areas, go for Civic no doubt. If you drive on rough roads then go for Altis. Civic is more luxurious and made for urban lifestyle while corolla goes for soft suspension which makes the road grip at high speeds bad.

Thank you sir. People are telling me that because of better resale value, Altis is better than Civic. What do you think?

When buying a car, you should never think of resale value unless you have to sell the car after 6 months or less. i myself own a Rallye Red 2016 Civic and im loving it. When i booked my car, people were like, "even if its a good colour, we won't buy it because it won't sell". I have owned a blue car previously and a red one too and sold both of them. i personally think Civic is a better car. Never been a fan of the Corolla's Soft suspension because when i drove a corolla, my daily driver was an 8th gen civic (extremely grippy) and i thought that the corolla would spin out while driving. i suggest you go for Civic

Depends on which Altis you will be going for. just in case, i will give comparison for Grande vs Civic

Grande has ex factory price of 2,389,000 while Civic (non-Oriel) has 2,499,000 without any options

If you go for Oriel with Glass Coating, Leather interior and Navigation, it totals up to 2,761,000

Glass Coating and Leather is kind of overrated especially Glass coating and Glass coating costs 40,000 and Leather 75,000. If you go for non oriel then it will not have Start Stop button, Cruise Control, Fog Lights, Alloys. So now its really your choice

Grande will cost you about 2.4-2.5mil while oriel will cost you about 2.7-2.9 mil
