Nice basically you are going to re design the complete engine from 360 degree crankshaft design to 180 one so what cranck shaft you are going use I mean from which bike and are you going to use waste sprak on for ignitipn system ?

m gona use its own crankshaft for 180 degree.... i just have to adjust it on 180... for ignition want to use 2 cantact breaker and 2 ignition coils.

I sincerely hope you washed the grease from the bearings you installed, it will plug up some oil galleries as the engine never gets hot enough to melt bearing grease.

A few drops of engine assembly lube or moly assembly paste is recommended in these bearings after a good wash with solvents to clean the prefilled grease.

thanx bro, but its not a higher grade grease which dont melts at low temp.. its a lighter grade grease it will desolve in oil in start up..
