You have a achieved a greater milestone in the due course of the project, it is a moment to celebrate and look behind what you actually wanted and what you have achieved. Now the car is back in your garage, your hard work and busy days out there have paid back. You are happy with the result and it is surely a moment of triumph.
Keep it covered nicely and don't make haste now, choose and spend wisely what you are going to put on the car like lights, garnishes, trim panels, wiring etc.

Thanks brother, your words are just as kind as you are. this project wouldn't have been possible without the inspiration i took from you and waqas's work. i always wanted to restore a car but it was you and waqas @Badpigs who made it possible for all of us. Both your projects helped us understand how things work and how to get the work done. Your thread means a lot to all the EG8 lovers. You guys are like role models for all those people out there who are true enthusiasts and want to get the work done but laid back due to the hesitation. Some updates.

Rims painted white. Will be applying Advan Racing Center Caps and Advan Racing/RGii Decals later.

My worst nightmare comes true. Driverside Headlamps went out of adjustment again.... I am going retard........:-#

That's exactly what I have in mind. I am just waiting for these painters, denters and mechanical work to be over so I can do it myself. I am just so over this project now. The only charm that keeps me going is the final outcome and the drive... Otherwise, I got tired quite a a long time back.

Yes, you're correct but all of this happened because of the kind of people I have been working with. This project should have been long completed by now and yet here I am, complaining after 2 and a half months. I guess it's just the frustration that I have been working so hard to get it right and I am still not able to drive it while the weather is still good. By the time it's completed, the good weather will be long gone Anyways, I will be keeping it until I meet the desired offer. Will be restoring another one, a 93 ferio this time most probably, Insha Allah. That will be a project that I plan on keeping for longer terms.. About learning, yes man, I have learnt a lot. I won't be repeating the same mistakes during the next project and that will help save time and cut the cost. I don't know about Karachi but people here in lahore, trust me.. they want a piece of you, ready to take a bite!!
