lol, good hogaya. The thread was going dead and people were asking for updates and my car is still not done. bad luck chal rehi hai, whenever it's time for the paint job, either the weather goes wrong or some other **** stirs up. Last time i was about to get the job done, weather went bad so I decided to take care of the mechanical work in the meantime, it took a week and by the time i got back to the workshop, the workshop was not there anymore =/ they started moving to another location so I am still waiting for them to get settled as I had paid them in full already.

Hard luck man, you know you should have stayed in contact with the painter.. How's the engine running? And what suspension work did you do? I'm thinking of getting new struts for the rear and I'm getting crazy prices here in Khi for them. You should also look for lowering springs in the meanwhile, if you want to lower your car a bit.

Bro, the engine is working just about perfect. Got some work done. As for the suspension, took care about5,6 months back. The height is just about fine for me. Not going any lower than that as this is going to be a daily commuter and besides, the ramp of my house doesn't allow that.

Ask shazo, he just bought a rear strut bar. And i am in contact with the painter, it's just he dowsn't have a place to paint at the moment. As soon as he is completely moved, ill get it done

Are you planning to put the genuine lights at the back?

It is wiser to put genuine stuff on car while denting and/or undergoing other body work to keep the body shape right and as per actual dimensions, as some of the after market stuff are not built as per oem specifications and thus may not fit properly.

You're correct there boss, as shown in pictures, i had the denter fit the headlamps, tail lights asnd bumpers for fitting purposes and so the leftovers can be taken care of before the final job

You're right but it's not the suspension or the lowering springs that needs adjustment, it's the rim/tires that needs be changed. The tires are too big plus the ground level is not the same. I am going to go for 15s with low profile tires and we'll see where it stands. Will make the adjustments afterwards if need be =)

You're right there which is why i won't be getting it painted here. The proper base coat and clear coat will be done in the paint booth.

Bro, this was not the base coat. It was done just to highlight the imperfections, other than that. Proper base and clear coat will be done in the paint booth, don't you worry. This one will be sanded.
