and thats the reason i asked him as to why he fired (doest really matter if he is retired or not or with whosoever he used to work) him because he himself has mentioned that the guy was his Ex-driver..so if he's good enough to drive and is a nice person, why did he fire him (or however you may put it) in first place?

damn..you're not even trying to understand what i'm saying. Ok let me put it in a simpler way. My questions is, which as a matter of fact any genuine prospective employer would have, that if the driver is such a nice one, why does his ex-employer not need him anymore (if the word FIRE is what bothering you, I have changed it now)? Why did his ex-employer let him go? Is it because that there is something wrong with the driving of that driver in question? Has his driving got erratic with age or does his vision not allow him to drive (especially at night times) anymore?

If he is all good and there's no problem of the sort, why does his ex-employer not want to keep him anymore?

btw my uncle used to have a retired army driver and he used to change gears like a lunatic :p(but the guy was very interesting no doubt, he used to narrate to us the stories of war and how he spent his time in a bengal jail in 1971) the gearbox gave way in about an year... poor gearbox, i guess he was used to shifting gears of ISUZU truck

1. it could be very much possible that tf himself is still serving in the army and that being the case you do not need personal servants, much.

2. m amazed you don't find any difference between guaranteeing for oneself and giving assurance as for someone else.
