My experience of body shop in islamabad

Sadly, i met an accident when an incoming car drifted from its lane and hit mybrand new civic. Besides the emotional and financial setback, there is a big question of which body shop to choose.
Reviews of 3S showrooms are not good for somereason so i decided i would check it myself. I went to honda center in westridge which had better reviews in comparison.
Although the paint booth was nice, the the actual output was not that impressive. I plan to visit deewan motors for body work and will update the experience and the subsequent output on how i progress

There is a denter and painter (Both are brothers) in G-10 in front of WAQAR LIGHT HOUSE (SEARCH ON GOOGLE MAPS)... He had done very nice work on my CIVIC and MARK X... Denter is very reliable also... Do pay a visit

Abdul, most of the parts are replacement case, bumper, door, foot sill and partial fender. I am sure the replacement will not be a big issue. Its the paint job that worries me

Update: honda avenue workshop was OK but ppl were over stressed
I gave my car to honda centre. Will share the pics once the car is done. I am hopeful that paint match would not be a problem as the car is new.

The honda guys are also recommending that i replace the whole rear fender. I really dont know whats the best but they recommend this as the honda recommended procedure

It's a new car so I would suggest to do as the Honda Center guys say. It'll cost you but at least the car will be back to as good as new. Maybe denting might not be up to standard and you might be left with a less than perfect fender. Any imperfection on a new car is really a big let down

Bhai Jan 3S walay to jaan churatay hein, un ko pata hai ke hum Authorized workshop hein or agar koi customer kaam kerwanay yahan aa sakta hai to he can pay for anything they ask for. Bahir ka denter bohat mehnat kerta hai q k usko rozi ka laluch hota hai. meri suggestion to yeh hai ke ap Denting bahir se kerwa lo or Paint Honda se ya phir kisi or achi workshop se jinka paint booth separate ho, normal room mein ya road pe kharay ho ker jo kerte hein aisi workshop se bilkul na kerwana. Rest is upto you.

An update,
So i gave my car to honda center at westridge. The mechs recommended that the fender should be replaced because
1. Thtas the company recommended repair
2. Thats exactly how the parts are joined during manufacturing of the car.
I reluctantly agreed. To my surprise, the replacement fender fitted in perfectly. Because the car was almost new, the paint job was also a perfect match.

To summarise, i would give them 4.5 stars out of 5. Small observations were there for fitment and for paint job which were carried out by them.
