All depends, if the car is on your name then there should be no problem. However if its on open letter then you need the seller to visit the E&T office.
The 1st thing to do is get FIR registered in the nearest Police Station, only then your application will be entertained.

Toyota Aqua 2015 cannot possibly be fresh cleared now. as per import policy of Pakistan, you can import 3 year old model of sedan cars. so technically Aqua 2015 imports ended in 2018. or maximum in January 2019 not more than that. Yes you need to check the Hybrid Battery if you are not importing it yourself.

First of all i will recommend you to learn how HYBRID cars works, for that you can search on YouTube & also join this forum https://priuschat.com/forum/
1) Always Buy car above 4 & 4.5 Grade
2) Fresh Import
3) Verify Auction Sheet before buying (not from Pakwheels)
4) If buying Registered CAR then drive it for at least 50-60 KM before making any decision
5) Don't trust Pakwheels "carsure" they are useless

buying used Hybrids is great risk. Smuggling of JDM USED SCRAP under the cover of auction vehicle have stopped.

vehicles landed prior to Nov 2018 are already 4 year old now. Buying a used JDM scrap at premium price will be bad choice, better choice will be a local PKDM Honda Toyota Suzuki Certified used car in the same price / budget.
