So far i am having a pretty bad experience not with the car but with the dealership. I got my car day before Eid and at the time of the delivery i noticed that there was a dent on the rear bumper and the front bumper was not polished so it was basically matt and rough. I was promised both issues are minor and they will change the rear bumper and polish the front. Today after a week almost i had to receive the car and i realised there was a color something like a white shade on the front and the edges of the bumper like around the headlights was still rough and after complaining i was told that Humari buff machine edges tak nahi poori jati toh isi liye nahi hota humsay. So i had to get a little serious and didn't pick up the car, I am told tomorrow morning they will fix the car properly and should be ready around 11am.
Secondly, Something really serious i realised was how pathetic was the service after sales of Honda Shahra-e-faisal one the major dealerships in Karachi, It was completely beyond my imagination the way they drive the car inside the service area and how badly they treat the vehicle when closing doors and trunk. I was surprised to see how horribly they service the vehicle and charge serious amount of money for just the wash. I have been very satisfied with Toyota in terms of after sales and seriously disappointed with Honda.
Anyways lets hope they fix it tomorrow or i am talking to whoever runs the place and returning the car.
On a different note, Did anyone manage to get the front camera fixed through the company or aftermarket?
