My filer status on "Relationship contract" form

I booked Honda City at Honda Avenue, Islamabad. On next day the sales person sent me the "Relationship contract" form which is a kind of receiving for my initial downpayemt and has details of car make and model, color etc..
One thing worrying for me is that my Tax status is Non-filer while I am an active Tax filer.
I called the sales person at Honda Avenue who was dealing me and he says we have old list of filers which will be updated by 2 to 3 days. Moreover he also told me that I have to submit the filer payment at the time of submission of my balance payment.
My question is that should I believe what the sales guy is saying or I have to pay the non filer tax at the time of submission of balance payment.
Cheque which I have submitted for down-payment is still not cleared and I have the option to stop it.
I request senior person to kindly guide me on that issue.

If you are in doubt. You should stop it. Better safe than sorry. Sales person will say anything to get the sales going. If its written Non-Filer I believe it will remain the same for entire transaction.

Who cares about their list, tell them to verify your info/status from the fbr website online and make the docs proper. takes 2 mins to check.

Did your status change recently or you have been a long time filer? If you are long time filer how come his file is showing you as non filer, Did he even verify your status or is he just blindly considering you a non filer. Verify your status from fbr portal and inform him accordingly, wait for his file to be updated. Get a proper contract and pay as per contract else you will have hard time getting money back.
