Thanks @ahmadbilal for your post. Here are answers:
Suspension: I was concerned too but ive checked pics of same model on the internet and other cars here too. They are all the same. AC: Works fine, but mine is currently low on gas, I plan on getting that recharged soon. ABS & Dual airbags are present in it. About GCC specs, I agree partially. While it is better and preferred to have GCC specs but other cars run fine here too. In my close circle I have seen cars imported from USA, Japan, Australia etc all working fine here. Mostly depends on case to case and how well you maintain your car + how good a condition it is in to begin with.
The car has some other pretty neat features too like a diagnostics monitor which shows if anything is not functioning correctly. The messages I have seen so far are "wiper fluid low", "break light fail". In both cases the message was correct and I was pleasantly surprised that such minor things are being monitored in it. It has separate climate control for driver and passenger (like you can set different temperature for driver and passenger).
Other than new spark plugs, changing the belts (ac/fan/steering), oils, filters and water pump + ac gas charging I had to do nothing else. The total cost of these things was around 1000 dirhams out of which approx 400 dirhams was labor.
The fuel economy of the car is approx 8-9 km/litre. In about 62-63 litres of regular petrol I get 500 kilometers mileage.
Any other questions / comments? Ask away. Ill post a picture of the engine bay later, right now I dont have any.
In my next post ill explain my experience of driving it so far, after driving Japanese cars all my life
