MASHALLAH. Bhai which dirtbike in 2T 500cc category? I owned a KE 175 Trail back in 1997 for 6 months. Still miss it. Now seriously thinking of buying one but the branded one, not Chinese. Also one of the 4, Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki,Yamaha.

Thanks bro, I am not too sure about 2T bikes, they hardly make those anymore (i think..) All these 4 are gold. I was also thinking of Kawasaki KLX 250 and Yamaha WR250, but this deal on KTM was way too good to ignore. A huge difference though (lots of torque, definitely would take time to get used to it)

Honda isn't bad either, but what I have read / seen reviews from different people, they all rate Yamaha WR250 first, KLX 2nd and then Honda CRF

Alright got stuck in this steep Sandy slope. It was my first time trying on a Sandy surface. Honestly, handling is very challenging on such loose surface. Never sweated so much ever in my life while riding a bike. I surely was nervous. The key was to keep that momentum going laikin slope woh bhi itna zyada dekh ke khushk ho gai meri. Forget that steep slope, I was even struggling on a straight track on the sand. At the end of the day, lots of wow moments! I admire you @vickytulla Waqar Bhai and your friends who go off road Ravi de kinare.. Maaan gaye yaar, aasan nahi!

yea youtube it is..

the trick in sand and water is to keep the front end as light as possible on straights.. and on a climb as weight as much as possible stand lean ahead.... on steep slides I am usually on the petrol cap....

rear wheel would dance like nuts.... wiggling here and there but bike would eventually climb...

Yes, that makes sense. I thought about standing up while going up. I believe I didn't have enough momentum to begin with. Got intimidated by the slope. Shifting body weight does the trick, thanks for the advice 🏻🏻

unfortunately i couldn't handle this much power off road so i ended up selling my 690 enduro. I am looking for a 250 or 300cc most likely KLX300. It would be much forgiving as a beginner. Meanwhile I recently bought an old BMW F650GS (1999). It has its limitations when it comes to off road but it certainly is a fun bike. I'll share pictures soon.

Tested this GS on loose rocks and gravel. It did handle these surfaces alright but I think that's stretching the limits. My friend on the other had no issues whatsoever on his Huqvarna 701
