My first ever visit to murree or muzaffabad

Hi! guys I am planning of visiting murree and its surroundings on 2nd day of Eid. I will go there by Mehran. I have few question which I want to be answered by you so that might be helpful for safe trip. thanks(remember I am coming from Lahore).

1. Can I go on murree on cng?
2. which is the worth seeing place in murree or galiyat?
3. how much time it will take to reach muzaffarabad?
4. Any economical hotel to live in murree or nathiagali?
5. living expenses??
6. any precautions or preparatory measures?

Yes u can go to Murree on CNG provided u get a chance to drive ... the route is extremely busy in Eid days and lots of traffic jams

2. which is the worth seeing place in murree or galiyat?

If u r going first time then visit both

3. how much time it will take to reach muzaffarabad?

Depends on traffic situation in Eid days. 2 hrs - 2.5 hrs

4. Any economical hotel to live in murree or nathiagali?

I doubt u will even find a hotel in Eid days .. forget about economical

5. living expenses??

Quite expensive and could get to insanely expensive in Eid days

1- yes
2- leave muree and visit gilyat...
3- abt 2.5 hrs from islamabad
4- living willbe expensive as its peak season...
6- no precations. just try to travel on petrol in hilly area as mmuch as u can... on escent drive in lower gears... dont neutral the car tgo save fuel.....

Yes but petrol preferred
Every thing for Ist timers (mall road, Chair lift, kashmir point, Bhurban,)
If you opt for Old Murree road , then you will get struck near Jika Gali, and probably you wont enter into Murree due to traffic Jam. Use murree motor way and you will reach Muzaffarabad in 3.5 hours
Consult tourplanner.pk for hotel booking in murree and muzaffarabad (Tour Planner, Packages, Flight,Pakistan Hotels,Pakistan Tours, Holiday Package Booking - TourPlanner.pk).
Around Rs 4k-5k per day per person inclusive of food , hotel and fuel
Avoid late night driving if your car is not upto the mark. You will not find many workshops after Magrib.

during eid days in and around murree there would be hundered of manchalay with bikes old murree road is no use.you will get stuck

in long que.

you will be in chara pani and your road mate with bike will be returning from murree tour.

last year i went on eid 2nd day alone on friends bike and i explore murree and surrondings and cars are standing still

the car going along with me is in bharaku along and i completed my tour and in return i saw it is waiting in que in chara pani
