sorry for late reply I have not been using the forum for a while, your Ac problem is mostly because of low refrigerant , its a true dual zone system get the AC gas checked, if its low one side would blow hot air that the first thing to start, only get the level checked by a shop which has a AC refrigerant recovery and weighing machine like Shahnawaz or even toyota, checking manually via gauges wont tell you anything.
second issue about driver seat, common on w203s the wires can chaff on the seats, a professional needs to check by removing the seat and looking at the connections or removing the back panel but normally the back panel wires if bad would make the whole seat not work or blow a fuse. It could also be a bad seat adjustment motor but I would say motor unlikely if all other adjustments are working fine, also could be the switch try a electrical contact cleaner and clean the seat adjustment button.
third issue, it could be a bad shock if you can see oil round it, it could be a cracked shock mount, it could also be the outer tie rod having play and that would make sounds on pot holes too. Control arms are less likely but also possible. Raise the car and take a pry bar and check the suspension components for play. it has nothing to do with whether it was in a accident or not. Its just a faulty component.
Also camber in this car cant be adjusted like that!! change your alignment wala immediately he can damage your car, to change camber you need to buy special bolts from shahnawaz only then you can adjust camber. also you never need to adjust camber normally unless the car has been in a accident, thats why they sell the bolts separately, and to check the camber properly use a john beams alignment machine which has values for w203 built in so that you can check whether infact there is any thing up with the camber
