I will post pics of 1.3 engine gli also and then you should compare the power to weight ratio of 1.3 and 1.6. It is a bit technical but these things are more important then the looks of the car

hanje bhai it is touch screen .. resistive touch screen .. just like previous gen Altis . if you have seen or used it

it does not play CD-DVD

It does not has built in Navigation .. toyota is selling it separately for 9600 rupees .. an sd card worth 2k

Thanks. That 9,600 Toyota or TrackNav are never gonna get from me I have a dedicated portable Sygic navi device of TPL with Pakistan maps and it's quite handy when in need.

In Islamabad-Pindi I hardly need navi, but whenever I need I take help from my mobile via Sygic, Google and Vaze.

BTW how is the sound quality of this device? Reverse cam quality? Anyone?

sound quality is Nothing to write home about .. but it is decent .. the unit can be purchased from market for around 25k ... IMC wale wese shoday log hein ... 20 lac ki gari hai .. kitni mout aati thi inko keyless entry dete hue sath :-#

Rpm of grande is at 2000 on 120 km/h it has a better fuel average than 1.6 and 1.3

not impressive that mean I have heard it right that toyota tweaked the cvti transmission compromised on power/economy just to give a feel of power to driver but that literally kills the purpose of cvt

It gives you joy also once u floor the pedal it has a good fuel average because of the power to weight ratio. Toyota body is suitable for big engine not for small engine even a 2 litre engine can give u a good fuel average.

These are the 3 engines that toyota is providing to the people and all are installed in the same body of a car. On the top is 1.6 in the middle is 1.3 and on the bottom is 1.8 engine. So people should make the right decision when buying a car. 1.3 looks an ordinary engine if one compares with 1.6 and 1.8

Currently the premium on gli is 2 lac rupees and on 1.6 is 180000 so please don't buy gli because it has a poor fuel average compare to 1.6 and 1.8. Don't waste your money on gli.
