the exhaust rocker can be adjusted back to stock specs by removing left hand side engine cover, the small circle one that says "honda" its held by 3 screws.. after removing it you will see the stator, on the stator by looking closely you will see 2 marks, you need the "T" Mark which is top dead center, turn the engine over by the stator and align it with the T mark.. the T mark on the stator should be in line with the timing pointer pin.. once the T is in line with the pointer unscrew the tappet cover and adjust all tappets/rockers by losening them enough that they move sideways by hand, only sideways, no up and down play or movement should be there. once adjusted tighten the 10mm nut down, be careful with those nuts when applying torque cause they have a habbit of breaking if there is too much force applied. after doing that recheck the side movement on all the tappets by turning the engine over a full 360 degrees (counter clock) check if the side movement is still there with no up and down play, you need a little side movement, no side movement will most likely cause the valve to remain open and lose compression. once done install everything back on and you should be good to go.
