Piaggio silencer is on its way from Lahore to me
couldn't find at local dealers here...

final out come will be Gull will kick start it and start to see bike like its not start untill mechnic will tell him "sir gee bike start hai" and Gull will say "SH*T meri bike Gongi ho gaye... " after two kilometer of trail and every body asking to him .. sir gee bike kharab hai kiya ? and gull will say no its like this ... they willl ask tu iski bolti kio band ho gaye hai ..... and Gull will say "yar isay behter tu shor machanay wala silencer he sahi hai"

Since Gull bhai have already ordered one silencer, i was thinking about its impact on Performance.

The size of exhaust pipe may have some positive or negative impact on the performance on engine.

I obviously don't know much in this regard, but i'd really like some knowledgeable person to shed some light on it.

Classic & Deluxe have some minor difference in their exhaust (Deluxe Exhuast seems slightly bigger and longer, but i may be mistaken) so obviously there will be a difference in Piaggio and Deluxe's exhuast as well.

I dont know what performance difference will occur but the Size of the rear nozzle of exhaust is smaller in paiggio I once mapped it with CG.. CG125 has a bigger bore in the ending nozzel hence louder tone ...

by the way I did checked a genuine road master silencer once... the tone was very bad and bike choked as it was feeling hefty to breath ..

may be because road master is OHC and has 2 silencers for breathing so bore per silencer might be very small.
But considering Piaggio is OHV and same displacement , i hope it won't give such problem.

Front fitting was same but rear hanging point was needed to be readjusted.
Overall reduction in sound is just around 30% as compared to stock silencer. Stroke feels softer now. But nothing like "Bike gongi ho gayi"
No impact on performance. Bike is breathing as easily as on stock silencer.
My friend tried it and said that earlier he couldn't ride it above 6K RPM because he feels it goes retarded above that. But now he was fine dragging it to redlines.

yeah it would be great if you record a video for us & share
Glad you enjoying this silencer deluxe & cg are noisy at high speeds
so when rider of clam drives as you or i pridor sits on them
this sound irritates but no doubt this sound is man feature of cg & deluxe
and it is heart beat of many CG users around pakistan

Wow nice looking good If I am not mistaken I think this would be the first deluxe with a piaggio silencer, I have also changed the silencer of my bike which is slightly different than this one anyway enjoy the smooth sound

By the way direct imported chinese storm exhaust are very much seen in Mcloed Road and are cheaper then buying from Ravi it self...

Yup it still produce drrrrrrrr... just a bit softer stroke now

Factory price is 4.5K, while dealers will charge you anything between 4.5-5.5K.

Congratulations on the Exhaust purchase

I am sure it'll sound the same as Piaggio's, but with shorter and rather silenced stroke. Can't say i like it (because i don't) But would love to hear the sound of it, if you can manage to grab a good camera.
