My Honda civic 2005 prosmatic takes jerk while shifting first two gears

Hi Pakwheelers!
I'm having civic 2005 prosmatic and facing issue in shifting first two gears in 'D'. The cars takes jerk from first to second gear and later the shifting is smooth.
I've changed the gear oil (Kixx ATF).
I've also changed gear solenoid.

I've visit 1 or two mechanics but they say it is like this and there's no issue but i don't find the drive smooth.
Anyone who has faced this issue and found the solution please comment below as it would help me and others as well.

Even prosmatec has jerk, i think Toyota 4 gear super ect is smoother

This is normal behavior of Honda autobox, it bump shifts the first shift every single time.

Any toyota auto shifts very firm but nicely hands over to the next gear ratio. They paid 100% attention in class when GM was showing the world how to make an automatic transmission.

On a side note, which of the two(Toyota vs Honda) do you think makes the better cvt transmissions. If one had to choose between the both. I'm hoping you have worked on them so you may know about their flaws etc

Honda CVTs are problematic and although they have gotten better with time, toyota has the lead on this. I'm no mechanic though. Would love to hear @Xulfiqar 's take on this

Honda like to have the ATF manufactured by Honda, i have experienced the other brands always creating issues sooner or later, specifically with Honda.
