My honda civic 96 has very poor pickup before 3000rpm

I just had a engine swap from d15b3 to d13b qabli. I had to swap since older one was worn out. Everything seems ok but my car is so underpowered under 3k rpm and there is no pickup also. BTW my ecu is P6F which belongs to d15 i think. Electrician tried different injectors but they didn't help. Now he is asking me to change map sensor, may be it will help. Anyone knows exactly how can i fix this issue.

This mixing/matching never works. Why did you downgrade to a 1.3L and not another D15B? Also, a D15B3 is a carby engine, how are you running injectors/ecu and in a carby engine setup? Did you convert your carb setup to efi?

Ofcourse your car would feel underpowered if you downgraded to a 1.3L. Get the correct ecu (probably from a Honda City SX8) or get a chipped ecu and get a custom map. Would fix most of your issues.

Your electrician is also a monkey. Stop throwing parts at your car, until you fix your ECU situiation.
